Congratulations to BVC players & former coaches that participated in the 2014 State Finals!!

In 7A, Mountain Brook came out on top, beating Hoover in 4 sets.  Great job girls and coaches!
For 6A, John Carroll took the State Title!

Tryout results are starting to be posted on the TEAMS page.  They will be posted as teams are finalized and coaches are chosen based on the make-up of the team listed.  If your number has been posted, you may use the link on the TEAMS page to accept/decline your offer of a spot within BVC. You are not obligated to respond until November 10th which is the official "Commitment Date" as set forth by SRVA.

Coaching Announcements!!  UPDATED!!
Tien Le will be coaching two teams our 12's age division this year!
Coach Le is currently the head coach at Oak Mtn. High School.  He has taken numerous teams to Nationals, most recently a 15's team last season.

Michael Heard, Samford University assistant coach and former BVC coach will be coaching our 13-1 team!!

Kyndall Waters will be coaching our 17-1 team this year!
She's a BVC alumni and as a player at Birmingham-Southern, Waters, a setter, was a team captain all four seasons and broke almost every setting record in the books. She also earned Big South Conference All-Academic and Big South Presidential Honor Roll accolades, Strength and Conditioning All-American honors, and was the President and Co-Founder of BSC’s chapter of Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Additionally, Waters was a member of the Dean’s List, Mortar Board Honor Society, and Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society.

Kim Brooks will be back this season too! She will coach in our 13's age division.

​Lauren O'Sullivan will be taking the lead with our 16's age group this year.  She has seen lots of success with our middle age groups over the last few years and that will continue with this group of girls as well!

Stacey Ewing & Mandi Ray will be returning to coach the 14-1 team!  They had much success with the 13's last year and hope to continue that this season!

Maegan Lo Porto is also returning this year!  She is the head coach at Lawson State College.

Congrats to Kathryn Cather on committing to Ole Miss!
