22nd ANNUAL BVC VALENTINE'S DAY BASH 
February 9-10, 2019
BVC is a Junior Olympic Volleyball Club under USA Volleyball.  Our governing body is the Southern Region.
Valentine's Bash registration is through AES.
Heff Memorial registration is through SRVA.

Tournament will be held in various locations, with Hoover/BVC Center being a central location.

*Birmingham Volleyball Club is partnered with CSTT Sports Travel to help the traveling teams with their hotel needs. We encourage teams attending our events to utilize CSTT and support BVC! **

**CSTT guarantees the lowest sports group rates with the host hotels for our tournaments. No deposit is required at time of booking, it is never too early to set up your club's hotels!*

on Friday, Feb 8th from 4pm-7pm.  Leftovers will be sent to each location on Saturday & for sale while they last beginning at 8:30am
UNIVERSAL FOOD RULES:
  • Water Only In Gym. No FOOD!
  • Clean Up After Yourself/Team
  • Pour Drinks in Sink before placing container in trash
  • Do Not Access any other parts of the facility
  • No warm up in the hallways/lobby
  • All Facilities will Open 45 MIN* prior to first match 
TEAMS/COACHES/SPECTATORS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED IN ANY EARLIER.

Always be considerate of other teams. If your team is not playing, please vacate the seating around the court for other spectators to watch their child.

Facilities will have varying rules about coolers/tables. All attendees are responsible for knowing the facility food rules below. Those who choose not to adhere to rules posted here, can be asked to leave the facility with no refund of admission fee.

NO CONCESSIONS. THS will allow outside food and food tables to be set up. Tables wil be provided.  
Seating will be provided via bleachers & chairs.

STAY OFF THE SOCCER & FOOTBALL FIELDS.
Students & faculty live here so please do not wander around campus, especially the dorm & housing areas.

NO COACHES MEETING. A help document will be posted here when complete

Admission: 
Ages 11 & over, 
including "chaperones" & "team reps":
$10/day or $15/weekend pass

Ages 10 & under: free

Rostered Players and 2 Coaches Admissions are included. Coaches may only get one wristband, no matter how many rosters they are on.

Admission at one facility will get you into all facilities.


Coaches - you will have a lanyard for your admission credential, that can either be picked up on Friday from 4-7pm at the BVCC OR on Saturday at the admissions table of the facility you are playing at.

At the BVC Center:
Due to the limited parking, PM wave participants will not be allowed in the building until 2:30pm. (One coach from each PM wave team will be allowed to check in at 2:15pm)

There will be parking attendants. Failure to follow directions & instruction on signage can result in towing at the vehicle owners expense (in addition to parking attendants direction and signage, do NOT park in front of bay doors, in roadways, or in front of fire hydrants).
This is a warehouse area. Be mindful & courteous of others.
